01 / WHERE IT BEGAN
A foundation in

M.K. Rasoona Enterprises began in 1992 as a civil labour contractor. Our first major contract was for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), through the Shapoorji Pallonji group.
That foundation in on-site work continues to shape how we approach construction. Based in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, we have delivered over 20,00,000 sq. ft. across Mumbai, working with established developers on residential, commercial, and rehabilitation projects.

Founded in 1992 by Kasiah Menigah, M.K. Rasoona Enterprises began with a vision to build with integrity, quality, and dedication. Starting as a civil labour contractor, he laid the foundation of the company through hard work, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
For over three decades, Mr. Menigah has remained actively involved on-site, personally overseeing workmanship, materials, execution, and labour management. His practical approach and problem-solving abilities have contributed to the successful delivery of residential and commercial buildings, temples, hospitals, hotels, and civil infrastructure projects.
Today, his values of trust, craftsmanship, and reliability continue to guide M.K. Rasoona Enterprises as it delivers enduring structures built to stand the test of time.
